A perfect nervine that not only calms, it also soothes. My personal favourite for foundational stress, the kind that is chronic and comes with a fatigue of the soul as I like to call it. Great for acute anxiety and a little bump in your mood

It isn’t overly sedating, meaning it can also be used during the day, however when paired with other remedies, such as Fibrolicious or Motherwort it helps soothe one into a lovely slumber. Best for use during an acute state of stress, it is fortifying and balancing for the nervous system. It’s a restorative, meaning over time it will gently ease worry, stress and frazzled nerves. It’s especially great when used long term with an Oatstraw infusion (tea).

A gentle, nourishing, and vitalizing tonic for the nervous system, to help relax tension and calm the spirit.

I recommend it for nervous exhaustion, to calm a worried state, to nourish and support during times of emotional stress, and for excessive sensitivity. It also helps to ease PMS discomforts and menopausal mood swings.  Overall, for anytime nerves are fragile, jittery or tense.

Those with adrenal fatigue or stressed immunity may also benefit, as will those with simple daily stress. Type A personalities who burn the candle at both ends will find this fresh tincture of great benefit.

Ingredients: Fresh milky oat tops, harvested at the specific time to ensure the highest potency, Organic alcohol, water. Why not add a Herbal Consultation and receive a custom formulation as part of the package, we skipped the terpenes on this one (she’s so beautiful all on her own).

Folklore says: 20 to 40 drops up to 3 times per day. Place it under your tongue for fastest absorption. Personal I think it tastes great so I use a dropper full, give it a swish and swallow. You can add it to water if you feel like it’s got a bit too much bite.

Our Milky Oat tops are harvested when the tops are green and contain a milky latex like substance (that’s the magic), this is what makes them so potent and vitamin/mineral rich. We only have a small 3-5 day window to harvest and process these, making quantities limited.

I find this easy to take on its own, no need to mix with water or juice. The taste/energetics are mild, sweet, mineral-rich, cooling to neutral, moistening & soothing – but you do what works for you (we don’t judge). Great for VATA constitutions, however it is neutral enough for others as well. It’s got almost a nutty chocolatey oat milk like taste (very subtle but quite yummy)

It’s wonderful for new parents, those who are losing sleep and feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated.
