The herbs picked for this blend are said to help relieve frazzled nerves, stressed-out muscles, tension headaches, stress, and anxiety. It’s a soothing adrenal tincture to help curb the tension. This blend also pairs really nicely with our Motherwort tincture.
Ingredients: Skullcap, passion flower, blue vervain, holy basil, alcohol, plant terpenes. I take ADHD meds everyday, and one of the side effects is soul wrenching anxiety that can keep me up all night, and keeps me overthinking absolutely everything! When reading the label, the part about “when you feel like throat punching the world” was the absolute selling point for me! I feel like that often, and just about anything is worth a try, just to feel a little normalcy again. Being able to taste test it at the show was the best thing that could happen! Nothing worse than spending money and finding out you can’t stomach the taste, but the taste is delightful! Probably the best thing that could happen ALL YEAR!!
I grabbed a bottle at a health fair I was at yesterday. Decided to give it a try before bed thinking maybe it would help with sleep a little bit. I slept straight through the night for the first time in a long time. I know the lady who makes it said that this is not going to make me sleepy, and it didn’t. But it created some sort of calm and relaxed feeling which seem to let me fall asleep and stay asleep. I don’t know if it’s related or not but my neck pain is also gone when I woke up this morning I wasn’t sore or groggy. I love this stuff. Thank you for creating this and lovely meeting you yesterday
