I recommend this to those who need to build resilience to stress, have mental fatigue (burnout), and brain fog. Considered to be a stimulating adaptogen you may find this a better daytime remedy – it won’t make you drowsy that’s for sure! 

Ingredients: Canadian grown organic Rhodiola rosea root, organic non-GMO cane alcohol, locally sourced spring water
Harvesting Notes: Canadian Rhodiola rosea Root has been harvested sustainably in the fall.

Suggested dose:  2-3 ml up to twice per day. This tincture is best taken directly under your tongue or in a SMALL glass of water. While you may use it in a hot water infusion (added to hot water) it is best on it’s own.

This tincture was made with organic grain alcohol and contains approximately 50% alcohol.

Cautions:

It is not recommended to take Rhodiola prior to sleep, it has a tendency to be energizing. Do not use if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. If taking antidepressants please consult prior to use as it may be contraindicated, depression with hysteric and phobic symptoms should avoid this remedy. If you experience irritability or insomnia lower dose or discontinue. Do not use with stimulants.
