I like to grab this when I know I am going to an event where I’m going to be around people or if I was exposed to someone who was sick.

This is a recipe that was adapted over the centuries but the basics still remain the same. The herbs have something in common, they are warming… this means we reach for it when the fall season hits and our bodies feel the chill. It is an aromatic array of potent, herbs with diffusive and diaphoretic properties. The aromatic herbs contain large amounts of volatile compounds that are highly antiseptic, and antimicrobial, much like 4 thieves essential oil, only this stuff is the OG as they call it. Plus no worry about ingesting like with essential oils.

Fun fact about diffusive herbs such as rosemary or garlic, they bring heat from our core to the outward extremities. The diaphoretic effects found in sage, thyme, and also rosemary, will bring out the sweat needed to regulate body temperature during sickness. At the end of the day this is folklore, just like your gramma’s chicken soup…

. Ingredients: Organic ACV, unpasteurized and raw, sage, rosemary, lavender, juniper, black peppercorn, thyme, raw garlic, and of course plant terpenes. Is it a salad dressing or is it folklore at it’s finest?

Folklore recommends: 1 tbsp 1-2 times per day as needed. Best prior to sickness. If you think you have caught something it may be best to opt for a bottle of Hawt Commodity. Better yet bundle them together for even more protection!

Product should be stored in a cool dark spot (cupboard is fine) until opened and refrigerated after opening. Shake well before each use. Lasts 2 years when refrigerated. Remember – this is food.
